Dev, Prosenjit Chatterjee, and Ishaa Saha starrer film Kacher Manush have been much in the news since the time it was announced. The cast and the storyline have captured the attention of the audience.

The song launch of Mukti Dao was graced by Sonu Nigam, Dev, Ishaa Saha, director Pathikrit Basu, music composer Nilayan Chatterjee, and others.

The story of the film is about Kuntol and Sudarshan who come across each other when they are at their lowest in their lives. Sudarshan listens to Kuntol’s story and gets a dangerous and illegal idea. This will solve the problems of Kuntol and Sudarshan. It leads to a hide-and-seek game with life.

“I am grateful to Sonu ji for coming all the way from Mumbai to launch this song. He immediately agreed to come and launch the song when we requested him to. I never told him before but I have been a big fan of his singing for many years now. And the team of Kacher Manush is grateful that he sang in this film. The song has already become a huge hit” said Dev.

When Sonu Nigam was asked who the Kacher Manush is in his life, the singer said “It is not only for me but everyone should be their own Kacher Manush in their lives”.

The screenplay of the film is by Pathikrit Basu.

The film has been directed by Pathikrit Basu.

The film also stars Ranjit Mallick, Susmita Chatterjee, Tulika Basu, and others in pivotal roles.

The music has been composed by Nilayan Chatterjee.

“My aim has been only to promote the Bengali films. I want to request everyone to watch all the Bengali films that are releasing during the Durga Puja. This will help in the promotion of Bengali films” said Dev.

The film is eyeing to release on 30^th September.
