Bengal Peerless Housing Development Company Ltd announced Sourav Ganguly as their brand ambassador for the company. The BCCI President will lead the Avidipta II campaign.

Avidipta II is located on EM Bypass and is in close proximity to the airport, hospitals, education institutes, and entertainment zones as well. It will also provide easy connectivity to the proposed metro coming up.

The EMI rates for housing loans are at the lowest and this is helping customers to buy flats.

The project Avidipta II also boasts of a moon garden, gazebo, swimming pool, outdoor gymnasium, rainwater harvesting, and play area for children, and so on. The apartments are three sides open and south-facing. Hence one will get the highest level of cross ventilation.
