Special Concert By Life Beyond Cancer On 15th February
To observe International Childhood Cancer Day, the Life Beyond Cancer (LBC) initiative will be organizing a special concert at Rabindra Sadan on 15th February, 5 pm onwards.
Life Beyond Cancer is a not-for-profit initiative that is dedicated to the well-being and survival of paediatric cancer patients. Their motto is “No child should die ofcancer”. To date, they have supported 900 kids suffering from cancer.
A press conference was organized to announce this event. Rituparna Sengupta and others graced the press conference.
Speaking at the press conference, Rituparna Sengupta said, “We can only try and save the lives of kids suffering from cancer. We must carry on with our hard work and spread awareness about the event so that we can save the lives of kids afflicted with this grave disease. We never miss hosting this annual event”.
Some of the eminent performers at the event will be Ustad Rashid Khan’s son Armaan Rashid Khan, actress and LBC’s cause ambassador Rituparna Sengupta, tabla maestro Pandit Prodyut Mukherjee, and singer Iman Chakraborty.
One of the highlights of this upcoming event will be a special dance performance by cancer survivor children.
