Holi is around the corner and is a festival that symbolizes the triumph of good over evil. Royal China, Kolkata has curated a menu for patrons that will be on offer from 22nd to 27th March’21.

On offer is an array of assorted dumplings and appetizers such as, ‘Truffle & edamame dumpling’, ‘Poached chicken dumpling with chili soy’, ‘Fried classic soft corn curd’, ‘Prawns tossed in burnt garlic’.

The main course includes, ‘Stir-fried mixed vegetables’, ‘Stir-fried Chinese greens with black mushroom’, ‘Chicken in chili oil and spring onion’ and ‘Flaming fish in superior sauce’ along with a portion of ‘Fried soya noodles Hong Kong style mixed vegetables’ or ‘Egg fried rice’. End the meal on a sweet note with desserts like ‘Steamed chocolate bao’ and ‘Melting chocolate dome’.

Beverages like, ‘Long Island Iced Tea’, ‘Mojito’, ‘Espresso Martini’ are also available for the patrons.
