A special screening of the Bengali film Limelight was organized which was graced by director Reshmi Mitra, Rituparna Sengupta, Avirup Sengupta and others.

“The film is in its third week and has been getting quite a good response from the audience. The problem is that people wait to see the film on television or on the apps. Had they gone to the halls and seen the film, the response would have been even better” said the director.

Actress Rituparna Sengupta posed with 50 special children and adults who graced the occasion. She also interacted with them.

Speaking at the screening, the actress said “I have always loved challenges. And playing this role has been very challenging as I had to portray two different characters with conviction. Often I had to shoot for the two roles in one day and that was very exhausting”.

The actress urged the people to go to the halls and watch the film.
