The special screening of Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s film Mukhomukhi took place in the presence of the director, lead artistes Jisshu Sengupta, Payel Sarkar, Saheb Bhattacharya, Darshana Banik, Rajatava Dutta, Ushasie Chakraborty and Padmanabha Dasgupta and music composer Debajyoti Mishra.

The film also features Gargee Roy Chowdhury and Anjan Dutt in important roles.

The film is a thoroughly experimental film that does not follow a linear plot progression. Instead, the director has attempted to create a fourth wall between the audience and the characters that are sketched and conceived as characters from a play.

With the help of this film, the director has attempted to raise certain questions which we often fear to ask ourselves.
