Offbeat CCU‘s rooftop café, Café Offbeat Up There, presents their Valentine’s Day menu for 2026: Love, Served Up There, a carefully planned dining experience intended to foster community. The food and experience, which will run from February 10 to February 20, 2026, represent a conscious decision to honor the way the city already eats, converses, and falls in love—across tables, without haste.

Instead of establishing a set or a specific order, Café Offbeat Up There’s cuisine at Valentine’s is designed with openness and exchange in mind. People are free to select, overlap, share, and stay. In the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, Asian warmth meets continental comfort. Mocktails and dessert are also available.
