SPK Jain Futuristic Academy recently organized a press conference to unveil its new Montessori Teacher Training Programme, which was created in association with IMTC Bengaluru. The venue for the event was Kolkata’s Park Hotel.

The IMTC’s director, Sujata R. Kumar, who was the guest of honor, gave a powerful keynote address about the Montessori Teacher Training Programme and how it prepares future educators to work successfully with young students in the classroom. The Hon. Secretary, Shri Jaideep Patwa, spoke on the program’s wider effects and emphasized the need for high-quality Montessori method training to promote self-motility and manipulative play approaches in the classroom. The principal of SPK Jain Futuristic Academy, Dr. Jayeeta Ganguly, went into further detail about the objectives of the program and its significance, emphasizing the requirement of teacher preparation to meet students’ needs and encourage creative, analytical, and affective abilities during the learning process.

The program’s benefits to participants were described, along with a thorough explanation of the Montessori Teacher Training Programme. The course’s aims, substance, theoretical underpinnings, and practical topics—all of which center on teaching Montessori to attain a comprehensive understanding of the system—were communicated to participants through the meeting’s discussions. Real-world experiences of existing educators are also discussed in this presentation, along with the effects that the training has already had.

Principals and educators from a variety of schools and institutions came together to celebrate this collaboration at the launch event held at The Park Hotel in Kolkata. To provide kids the education they deserve, a fresh, stress-free, exciting, and demanding approach to education needs to be promoted.
