History has witnessed creative people crying out through their artistic expression during the darkest hours of human civilization. We believe we are living in one of those dark ages right now and so does Srijato. Thus, ‘Kriti’ is going to hold a solo performance by noted poet, lyricist and author Srijato Bandopadhyay. The program is called ‘Andhokar Srijato’ where he will be reading out his darker poems to depict what we all are passing through.

Srijato accumulates his writings that depict the darkness of the very time. The concept of the program is rather intriguing as the same focuses upon the Dark Era or Time that we all are in at the moment. He feels that at least literature can be the only voice against the time that is dark and emits dejection. The literary work that he has been doing for all these years rigorously, now he wants to go back to them to find a consort at this hour of gloominess. He strongly believes that these writings are his manifesto where he constantly strives to move along.
