Mahaakshay Chakraborty, who will be seen in the thriller, titled ‘Sorry I Am Late’ highlighted on the fact that being star kids doesn’t help and it comes with a lot of burden and responsibility.

Actor Mahaakshay Chakraborty was interacting with media during the launch of his next movie, “Sorry I Am Late” in Mumbai. The film is helmed by Jayeveer Panghaal, starring Nikita Soni, Ankita Thakur and Muzahid Khan.

Talking about selecting a thriller film, after a long gap, Mimoh said that the script struck a chord with me. I have been listening to many scripts but they did not appeal to me. This is a realistic and dark thriller and based on real incidents.

Mimoh shunned all the misconception about “struggle-free” life and talked about the pressure of being star-kid. The actor said that people don’t see the responsibility that the star kids have on them. Mimoh do not go on about telling people that he is the son of Mithun Chakraborty. He mentioned how he auditioned for the role in the film.

Mimoh said that he has a great surname but that does not mean he does not have to prove himself.

Mimoh also added that he thrive for the day when his father, Mithun Chakraborty will tell people he is Mimoh’s father.
