Subhash Shine Announced Winner Of The All India Coding Championship 2022
The largest All India Coding Championship took place on December 25, 2022, organized by CuriousJr, an online coding platform for kids. The competition drew about 25,000 students from all throughout the nation.
Subhash Shine, a kid from Kerala, who is 14 years old, is the competition’s winner. Saion Gupta of New Delhi and Shashwat Acharya of Darjeeling have earned the top three spots, respectively. The coding contest was the follow-up to India’s inaugural mobile programming championship. Two groups—Group A for pupils in grades 6–8 and Group B for those in grades 9–12—were created for the tournament. The competition was based on block coding in Group A and Java Script in Group B.
Winners were picked based on two criteria. The first is the code’s accuracy, and the second is the time it takes to answer the problem statement.
All students are able to compete at the national level in the All India Coding Championship. This kind of accessibility makes it possible for students from all around the nation to excel and show off their potential. The tournament winners received a scholarship worth INR 10 lacs.
Subhash Shine exclaimed, “I am happy to have won the competition. The best thing that has happened to me in the New Year is this. I like to code, and Curiousjr has opened up a lot of opportunities for me in the coding industry”.
Subhash is in class 8 and has been studying to code since August 2021 with CuriousJr.
Congratulations Subhash!!
