When the world is fighting against Covid-19, MS films and productions and Meena Sethi Mondol has come up with their third venture after the much-talked-about biopic Main Mulayam and Chase No Mercy To Crime. The film is titled 60 Er Por and marks its debut in Bengali films. The film is directed by debutant director Souvik Dey.

60 Er Por is a suspense-thriller drama. The film is about a couple, who got married against their families wish but are happy in their tiny world. One night when the wife experiences labor pain, they rush to the hospital. Unfortunately, the baby dies at the time of birth. The wife could not bear the pain and dies of a heart attack.

Three years later, a series of murders occur in the city. These murders become a puzzle to the police department. The police commissioner and the assistant hire a detective to figure out who’s responsible for the murders. In the end, the truth turns out to be even more shocking than the theories.

The cast of the film consists of Joy Sengupta, Anindya Banerjee, Amyth Sethi, Rupanjana Mitra, Joy Badlani, Punya Darshan, and others.
