Unicharm India has taken the onus of creating awareness regarding baby hygiene. For this reason, the Namaste Poko Chan campaign was announced in different parts of Bengal.

Toshiyuki Nakamura, Senior Brand Manager, Baby Care Marketing Division, Unicharm India, Ashish Kumar Verma, Senior Director- Sales Unicharm India, and eminent actress Swastika Mukherjee graced the announcement press conference of this campaign.

The brand aims to raise awareness among young mothers about the advantages of purchasing the right diaper for their children. This campaign will also stress the importance of a good night’s sleep for infants.

Till now, the brand has distributed 450, 000 diaper samples for kids in different parts of Bengal.

“Cloth nappy is unhygienic and creates health problems for the kids. When my daughter was small, I used an elastic strap-style diaper that was available then. It was comfortable but this pant-style diaper that has been now introduced is even better for the kids. It is a superlative initiative that the company has been creating awareness among the young mothers in the suburbs and slum areas” said Swastika Mukherjee.

Mamy Poko Pants has been helping mothers in their motherhood journey and with the help of this campaign, they aim to create a positive impact in the lives of parents in India.
