A unique gastronomic trip into the heart of the Eastern Mediterranean is being announced by Taj Bengal, Kolkata.
Internationally acclaimed Syrian Master Chef Simon Shakour, who is known for his love of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, has painstakingly created an exquisite menu that captures the essence of the area through a carefully chosen selection of dishes that highlight the finest and freshest ingredients.
Guests can enjoy delicious dishes from Lebanon, Turkey, Morocco, Jordan, Syria, and Greece such as Hummus Beiruti, Labneh Avocado, Zarjeer Salad, Yogurtulu Ispanaki, Kolokithi, Artichoke Batata Meshwi, Sheesh Taouk, Lahm Barkook, Knafi Jibneh and much more.
