The International Chamber of Business and Industry (ICBI) organized a Talk Show on Women Empowerment in the presence of Ekta Kapoor, Taapsee Pannu, and Pavail Gulati.

As India’s economy develops, there are appeals for it to give greater consideration to social and human development, especially women’s empowerment. Having equal power and opportunity for education, healthcare, economic engagement, and personal growth for men and women is essential to attaining gender equality.

Ekta Kapoor, the reigning queen of soap operas, spoke about how she rose to prominence in the business when questioned about her path.

Actress Taapsee Pannu also talked about how her availability for dates didn’t line up with that of her male co-stars during her early days in the cast, forcing her out of movies.

Mahesh Kedia who was present during the session along with two other Co-Founders Aditya Murarka, and Vishnu Surek said that the vision was to become a global center of knowledge and learning. They also want to provide training, information, and consultation on different aspects of leadership development. They believe that women have the power to make or break an institution.

With such an event on women empowerment, one could very well understand the role and importance of women in today’s society.
