The eagerly anticipated teaser for Jeet‘s Keu Bole Biplobi Keu Bole Dakat has finally been released, providing an engrossing first look into a compelling tale that blurs the boundaries between crime and rebellion.

The movie, which is set in 1960s Kolkata, centers on a string of well-planned robberies that target the wealthy and powerful. These events arouse both curiosity and terror. Ananta, an elderly and mysterious figure who is viewed as a criminal by some and a savior by others, is at the center of it all. The main question is whether Ananta is a thief or a revolutionary reborn as Inspector Durga Roy initiates a vigorous manhunt.

The film explores Ananta’s past in great detail using multiple timelines and layers of storytelling. During India’s independence movement, he was a committed freedom fighter under Masterda Surya Sen. However, as he saw the ideals he had fought for being undermined, he became disillusioned. Ananta uses extreme tactics to fight a new war for the oppressed, armed with strategy, experience, and an unwavering moral code, because she is unable to tolerate the increasing corruption and injustice.

The director Pathikrit Basu said, “Ananta Singha’s life is vibrant and immensely cinematic. It spans two different eras and two different social realities over the course of thirty to forty years, but at its center is a man who is unrelentingly fighting for his beliefs. Since it is impossible to depict every facet of Ananta’s life, I have concentrated on his spirit—the core of his values that still make him unique today—and attempted to bring that to life through an engaging screenplay. Through this story, I hope to serve as a mirror to society in these turbulent and uncertain times when people are always looking for something or someone to believe in”.

Jeet appears in an eye-catching new avatar in the teaser, suggesting a character who is neither wholly hero nor villain. His emotional and physical metamorphosis is expected to be one of the movie’s highlights.

The film, which was produced by Pradip Kumar Nandy under Nandy Movies and Jeetz Filmworks, which is owned by Jeet, Gopal Madnani, and Amit Jumrani, is a daring cinematic investigation of justice, rebellion, and redemption.
