Techcon Showcased Innovative Technologies To Transform Real Estate Sector
The CREDAI Youth Wing of CREDAI Bengal successfully finished its first Technology Conference, Techcon, at ITC Sonar in Kolkata, with a lasting effect on the real estate and technology industries of the city. The ground-breaking event demonstrated how cutting-edge technologies may transform the real estate sector by bringing together prominent figures from digital businesses and important real estate stakeholders.
The latest innovations in fields like ERPs, chatbots, legal tech, sales, and CRM, drawing management, engineering technology, HR and payroll administration, and generative AI for construction were presented in an attractive environment at Techcon 2024. Real estate developers had the opportunity to investigate how technology innovations might improve efficiency, decrease manual errors, and streamline operations at this event.
“Technology primarily benefits the lower economic pyramid, particularly in low-income and middle-income housing projects. Technological improvements result in significant cost reductions for these large-scale initiatives. For instance, it can now be finished in just two years instead of the previous four years when erecting a ten-story structure. The biggest beneficiaries of this technological integration are lower- and middle-class groups, which has significant ramifications. These days, you can even use Wi-Fi to unlock your front door from your office, letting someone come clean your house. The industry is undergoing substantial change as a result of these minor innovations” said Mr. Siddharth Pansari, President of CREDAI Bengal.
Highlights of the Event:
Presentations showing ground-breaking solutions for business operations like sales, marketing, procurement, finance, and accounting from cutting-edge startups and top tech corporations.
Interactive discussions where attendees explored how engineering and artificial intelligence could transform the building and design industries.
With an emphasis on how automation solutions, including CRM systems, may significantly enhance workflow management and reduce response times in the real estate industry.
For CREDAI Bengal, this was a significant turning point since it was the first time the group collaborated with tech firms to offer a real estate developer education platform. Kolkata is now at the forefront of industry innovation thanks to Techcon 2024’s collaborative spirit, which created the groundwork for future technological integrations across real estate enterprises.
Many attendees of Techcon expressed excitement about upcoming partnerships between tech businesses and developers, and many went away from the event with practical tactics to adopt inside their organizations. The success of this event heralds a new age of innovation in the real estate industry in Kolkata, with CREDAI Bengal at the forefront of the movement to embrace digital change.
