The Astor Kolkata held its inaugural Christmas Cake Mixing Ceremony at its outdoor chill place, Deck 88, to embrace the magical spirit of Christmas. Prominent figures from the city, like Sreemoyee Piu Kundu, Debarun Mukherjee, Indroneel Mukherjee, Payel, Sonal, and Anisha, attended the event, which celebrated flavors, community, and the joy of the season.

Guests mixed all the components that go into preparing the highly sought-after Christmas Cake while surrounded by the vivid colors of Tutti Frooti and the energizing zest of cashews and kishmish, along with seasonal beverages.

“This is one of the most popular heritage properties of the city, so we decided to start the Christmas cake-mixing ceremony and become a part of the general festivities. The goal is to unite individuals and celebrate the holidays as a community. Together, we build a delicious cake and in the process of combining the best ingredients, we also generate a mood of joy and unity” said Amit Kobat, General Manager of The Astor Kolkata.

To ensure a joyful conclusion, a variety of mocktails, hot chocolate, and delicious finger food were served.
