For the next course try the Vegetable Murtabak with fresh curry leaf sauce and pickled cucumber or the succulent Duck Confit cooked to perfection and drizzled with a flavourful rendang sauce with Indonesian spices and coconut milk anda serving of roasted potatoes on the side. The fifth course gives you a choice of Silken Tofu topped with mushroom, tomato, and lemon grass chili paste, wrapped in banana leaf and served with flavoured sticky rice or Grilled marinated Chicken Skewers served with Nyonya style curry sauce with lemongrass, coconut milk, lime leaves and fresh chilies, served with garlic-fried rice. End the meal with ‘Love Portion’, a heady, decadent chocolate and strawberry mousse, with berry compote, raspberry sauce, vanilla sponge, crumbled oats and vanilla ice cream.
