The Great Cloth Diaper Change was a global event to create awareness about sustainable diapering. The event was organized at South Point Junior School, Kolkata.

The event saw the participation of babies between the ages of four months and three years and their parents who switched from a disposable diaper to environment friendly cloth diaper in one go. Hosted by Superbottoms, the brand attempted to set a new record to set a new record for the largest simultaneous change to reusable cloth diapers with the Limca Book of Records. Parents along with their infants across 13 cities in India have pledged to take care of both their babies and Mother Nature by adopting eco-friendly diapering.

On 27th April, at 11 am sharp, parents across 13 cities of India including New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahemdabad, Pune, Cochin, Nasik, Mangalore, Trichy and Coimbatore made a pledge to go sustainable in their diapering practices for their baby by changing the diapers of their babies from environmentally harmful disposable ones to reusable cloth diapers at the venue.

Every disposable diaper stays on the planet for more than 500 years. It is the need of the hour to look for an alternative option which is environment friendly.
