“The Intention With Which Lost Is Made Is Pure”-Yami Gautam Dhar
The special screening of ZEE5 Original Film Lost took place in the presence of director Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury, actress Yami Gautam Dhar, and others.
The screening took place at Priya Cinema.
The story of Lost revolves around Vidhi who is a crime reporter. She is out to find a missing college student. Her search for the student shows many layers of society and also redefines love, politics, and betrayal.
Pankaj Kapur, Rahul Khanna, Pia Bajpiee, and Neil Bhoopalam will be seen in other pivotal roles in the film.
“I play a crime reporter in the film. This has been quite an experience for me as I shot for the film in Kolkata. I experienced the love, and warmth of the people. I gorged on yummy food. In short, I had a great time during the shoot of film. There were challenges as well. But it was a memorable shoot” said Yami Gautam.
The actress also thanked the audience for thinking of her as a Bangali and showering so much love and affection on her.
“Every actor says that this film is special as it was the result of a lot of love and hard work. Yes, we did all that for Lost. However, it is the intention with which it has been made that sets it apart from the other films. The intention is pure and the director is a fantastic human being to work with” said the actress.
Yami was also ecstatic at the fact that the special screening of her film was organized at the iconic Priya Cinema.
Parambrata Chatterjee, Bickram Ghosh, Jaya Seal Ghosh, Arindam Sil, Sauraseni Maitra, Sayantani Guha Thakurta, and other eminent celebrities graced the special screening.
The film is eyeing for release on ZEE5 on 16th February.
