The Oriental Duck Festival began at Chowman in the presence of Debaditya Chaudhury, Managing Director, Chowman Chain of Restaurants.

Duck meat is a staple in China and is hugely in demand during the Christmas season. People in China associate this season with turkey and duck meat. Hence the food chain’s Managing Director Debaditya Chaudhury thought of coming up with this food festival.

The range of dishes on offer during this festival is extensive and will offer great variety to the customers.

Some of the delicacies on offer are Duck meat in glass noodles soup, Aromatic Asian duck, Barbecue sweet chilli duck, Honey glazed roasted duck, Duck meat spring rolls, Duck meat rice, Duck meat meifoon, Roasted duck in chilli plum sauce, Hot pot hunan duck and others.

The twenty two day long festival will continue till 13^th January 2019 and a meal for two will cost Rs 1000 plus taxes.
