The Senapatis Volume 2 was released online on Addatimes Portal with all its 12 episodes recently.

The Senapatis is a journey of a refugee family on the run from the ghosts of genocide. They become a parallel force to reckon with in the years between 1971 and 1985. It is about the death of innocence of a simple bookseller from Polton, Dhaka, and his evolving as an unforgettable Ganglord of Bengal.

The second season shows how the family has used the bank loot money to build their empire stronger for themselves as well as their gang members. The business at Sonagachi is no more a priority for Deben and Barin as they understood the importance of gaslighting their image.

New opportunities emerge for Deben as he understands the importance of mixing with the famous celluloid celebrities to add value to his public image. So he uses his clever methods at the racecourse to win equity with the legendary Arun Kumar and in no time, Deben turns a film producer with Arun Kumar and Bishnupriya signed as the lead cast.
