This exclusive dining experience, which will be held at The Square on March 16, 23, and 30 from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM, will bring the renowned flavors of Tangra Style Chinese to life through a special fusion of Chinese techniques and fiery Indian spices.

A popular aspect of Kolkata’s culinary identity, Tangra-style Chinese food is a vibrant blend of traditional Chinese cooking methods with robust Indian spices and flavors. This cuisine is a favorite among foodies because it strikes a balance between spice, sweetness, and umami and is known for its fiery, tangy, and aromatic essence. Under the direction of Executive Chef Vikram Jaiswal, this theme brunch is led by Chef Tinku Das, a master of Indo-Chinese cuisine, who has created a menu that honors Tangra’s busy food stalls while deftly and delicately enhancing flavors. Every dish has been painstakingly created to deliver an exquisite dining experience while capturing the essence and spirit of Tangra’s signature flavors.
