The Triple Dhamaka was organized to celebrate food, fashion, and friendship. This was an initiative of the WICCI West Bengal Hotels & Restaurants Council.

The event was organized at Rhubarb, Kolkata on 5^th August and the hostess of the event was Aakriti Harlalka.

The event consisted of a Pre-Rakhi Edit of Rhubarb boutique plus a Food Pop-Up of Fennel food service. Both of these are owned by our member Aakriti Harlalka.

Rhubarb presently focuses on clothing for women and girls of the modern day.

Their Pre-Rakhi Edit featured a variety of traditional Indian costumes as well as western and Indo-Western styles. The collection included an adequate number of experiments with stitching patterns, embroidery, and fabric types. Every age and taste of woman could find something to their tastes.

To give a sense of Fennel’s packaging, which was rather elegant and lovely, the Food Pop-Up was tastefully set up as a buffet and shown beside a packed food hamper for two.

Beverage- Chia Seed Mojito

Food- Baked Jacket Potato, Cottage Cheese Satay, Pesto Bruschetta, Falafel Wrap, and Mushroom Stroganoff.

All the food items were fresh, made of high-quality ingredients, and extremely delectable.

The members commemorated Friendship Day by tying Friendship Bands to each other while singing the Dosti song from the film ‘Dil Chahta Hai’.
