The Yellow Turtle introduced the Bengali cuisine that will be available from Durga Panchami (Friday, 30th September 2022) to Laxmi Puja (Sunday, 9th October 2022).

The new menu was unveiled in the august presence of Asia Cup players Mr. Karan Lal (India u19) Bengal Ranji Trophy and first-class cricketer, Mr. Pratik Gupta (Rower), Mr. Ritwik Roy Chowdhury ( India U23, Senior Bengal Ranji Trophy, and First Class cricketer ), Ms. Anisha Agarwalla, Indian Golfer, Mr. Ranjot Singh Khaira (Ranji trophy cricketer) and Mr. Kanishk Seth along with Advocate and YouTuber Ms. Shauli Bhattacharjee.

Speaking at the inauguration, Ritwik Roy Chowdhury said “It is a great opportunity to be part of this food launch. As a Bengali, I will surely gorge on delicious dishes during the Durga Puja. However, one must also exercise and not simply gorge on good food. That will help in better digestion and open up chances to savor different food”.

Anisha who is a Punjabi mentioned how she will savor Bengali snacks like Ghugni and others during the upcoming festive season.

The Bengali Cuisine contains exquisite delicacies like Gandharaj Lebur Shikhanji, Mahisasur Special Drink, Yellow Turtle Special Bengali Pulao, Ghee Bhat, Gheeye Bhaja Luchi, Panchmishalir Sabzi, Dhonepata Kancha Lonka Murgi (Boneless), Pathar Mangsher Jhol, Shorshe Narkol Chingri, Aamer ice-cream Aar Daber Pudding and Nolen Gurer Ice-cream.

The price of this A-la-Carte menu is in between Rs. 105 – Rs. 485/-.
