The Yellow Turtle’s New Menu Boasts Innovative Dishes
The Yellow Turtle announced the launch of its new menu in the august presence of Joy Sarkar, Lopamudra Mitra, Subhamita Banerjee, Apeksha Lahiri, Abhishek Roy, Lopamudra Mandal, Indroneel Mukherjee, and others.
The new menu boasts innovatively made dishes that combine classic flavor with modern techniques.
Speaking at the event, Lopamudra Mitra said “Whether we come to The Yellow Turtle or not, the dishes from this food joint come to our home always. The quality is good and the range of dishes is fantastic. It is indeed a great food joint for the food lovers”.
Each dish in the new menu will surely elevate the dining experience of the guests at The Yellow Turtle.
The new menu consists of dishes like Fantasy Island Special, Vietnamese Coffee, Lobster XO Dumplings, Truffle Edamame, Avocado Dim Sum, Katsu Chicken, Nigima Yakitori Leak Chicken Skewer with Jasmine Rice, Lobster Thermidor, Clay Pot Mushroom, Avocado, Pok Choy in Spicy Oyster Sauce, and Thai Coconut Milk Pudding.
“The specialty of this new menu is that it has dishes from Thailand, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, and Mesopotamia. Hence anyone who is a diet-conscious person, or a food lover- can come to our restaurant and enjoy the myriad dishes” said Apeksha Lahiri, owner of The Yellow Turtle.
Apeksha also added, “We started this food joint in 2021. Despite the pandemic, the restaurant has flourished and gathered great feedback from the diners. To celebrate such a great milestone, we are offering this new menu”.
Joy Sarkar said “When I work at my studio, I get hungry in the evening. I go to Swiggy and in my repeated orders, there is The Yellow Turtle. I then order some yummy food items from them and gorge on them to curb the hunger pangs”.
