Themed Events And Offerings At Fairfield By Marriott To Celebrate Holiday Season
Starting on December 24, 2022, Fairfield by Marriott Kolkata will welcome the start of a successful year with a variety of themed events and other offerings.
Kava will offer a seasonally inspired menu consisting of ‘French onion soup with parmesan croutons’, ‘Murgh kalami kebab’, ‘Lamb galouti kebab’, ‘Roasted pork belly with barbecue sauce’, ‘Grilled fish with lemon butter sauce’, ‘Paneer nazaqut’, ‘Aloo gobi adraki’ along with the ‘Chaat station’ and ‘Live Pasta Station’. Desserts on offer include ‘Baked nolen gur rosogulla’, ‘Kesaria phirni’, and ‘Misti doi’ to be offered on 24th of December 2022.
Vertex offers a range of Vegetarian and Non-vegetarian cuisines like ‘Soya Keema Tacos, Chili Mayonnaise’, ‘Mewa aur mawa ke kachori with honey yogurt’, ‘Prawn Tacos with peach Salsa’, and ‘Gandhraj chicken satay’.
On the 25th of December, the Christmas brunch will include mouth-watering gourmet cuisines like ‘Seafood Bouillabaisse’, ‘Tomato Caprese with avocado’, ‘Roasted root vegetable salad’, ‘Lollorosso, Iceberg, rocket, radicchio, romaine’, ‘Herb crusted baked fish’, ‘Chicken stroganoff’, ‘Chocolate Yule log’, ‘Dark Chocolate Torte’, ‘Christmas Pudding (hot)’ and ‘Christ Stollen’ along with the live counters.
Ozone Convention Centre invites Calcuttans to groove on Bollywood, Techno and Neon all under one roof. With the party theme of ‘World Tour’, the hotel is all set to offer an experience like never before. The menu on offer includes ‘Khow suey with veg condiments or prawn or chicken’, ‘Beer batter fish with tartar sauce’, ‘Lamb dumpling in barbeque sauce’, ‘Chicken lemon coriander soup’, ‘Hollandaise gratinated green asparagus and mixed exotic’, ‘Malai broccoli croquette’ to name a few.
The extensive New Year Buffet menu at Kava and Vertex will feature an array of cuisines like ‘ Ajwaini mahi tikka’, ‘Tandoori badami aloo’, ‘Lamb shepherd’s pie’, ‘Butter roast chicken’, ‘Kachche gosht ki biryani’, ‘Baingan mirch ka salan’, ‘Lasooni dal tadka’, and ‘Paneer gulistani’. There will be live counters of ‘Pasta’ and ‘Teppanyaki’ along with the dessert station including ‘Black forest’, ‘Coconut passion’, and ‘Praline cake’.
