The trailer, poster, and music launch of the upcoming Bengali film Antarjal took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

The story of the film revolves around eminent author Lahari Mukherjee. Her husband Apurba disappeared on the night of their first wedding anniversary. Mallika the famous publisher suddenly passed away on the same day. What happens next?

The film is directed by Prarjun Majumder. The director said that this was a different kind of thriller and it was not the type that the audience has seen before.

Antarjal is produced by Mukesh Pandey.

Bonny said that his and Koushani’s last film was released 2 and a half years ago. Since this was a suspense thriller, the actor did not want to reveal much about it.

Koushani will be playing Lahari while Bonny will be playing the role of Apurba. Prantik Banerjee, Soumalya Dutta, and Triparna Bardhan will be seen in other pivotal roles in the film.

Koushani said that she had never attempted this genre of crime and suspense before. So it will be exciting for her fans to see her in this new avatar.

The actress said, “The best part about the trailer is that my name came first and then Bonny’s name was shown. This is a great attempt at providing equality to the actor and actress of the film”.

The film is eyeing for release on 29^th July.
