The official teaser of the upcoming Bengali film Tilottoma was launched in the presence of the director and the film’s cast.

The teaser launch took place at the ongoing 47^th International Kolkata Book Fair. The cast of the film graced the occasion.

The film’s story revolves around an orphanage named Tilottoma run by Paran Bandopadhyay’s character. He teaches many orphan students. Trina will be seen in the role of a single mother. Neel will be seen in the role of a musician. Despite being in the same film, they are not paired opposite one another. Their tracks in the film are completely different. They do not share screen space in the film.

Speaking at the event, the director said “Tilottoma is not the story of the city only. It is more than that. It narrates the tale of ordinary people and about their lives. Tilottoma will show a selfless love”.

Rai and Rwitobroto will be seen in important roles in the film. Their characters in the film have a romantic angle. Rwitobroto will be seen in the role of an accountant and Rai will be seen as his live-in partner. She is a costume stylist.

Rajat Ganguly, Pushan Dasgupta, Puja Sarkar, and many others will be seen in his film.

The film is directed by Soumojit Adak.
