The premiere of the Bengali film Torulatar Bhoot took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

A group comes to a village resort for spending a day. The group consists of people from different age groups. It is during their daylong visit that they come to know about a village legend. There is a water body named Torulatar Dighi. The ghost of Torulata is behind the dark water and the ghost kills boys. The group who had planned to go back to Kolkata the same day had to stay back due to a roadblock. What happens next? This is in short the crux of the story of the Bengali film Torulatar Bhoot.
