India Autism Center (IAC) organized a round table with eminent speakers like Liliana Mayo, Founder and general Director of Centro Ann Sullivan del Peru, Ronald Leaf, a licensed psychologist, Dr Abir Mukherjee, eminent psychiatrist, Dr Jai Ranjan Ram and others.

The discussion highlighted on latest development and research on Autism that focused on many leading and upcoming clinical practices in the field of Autism. The discussion provided comprehensive, evidence based information to assist educators and other professionals in developing effective educational programming for all individuals.

IAC believes in the popular notion that “it takes a village to raise a child”. Secluding an autistic in better individual is not helpful to the development of that individual. The level of awareness regarding this disease is relatively low in India. However it is increasing with the passing of time.
