The trailer launch of the upcoming Bengali film Triangle by director Anindya Sarkar took place recently.

Present at the trailer launch was director Anindya Sarkar, cast members of the film including Kaushik Sen, Raj Bhattacharyya, Reshmi Bhattacharya, Satabdi Chakraborty, Ananya Sengupta and others.

Triangle is a family thriller with a twist. The director Anindya Sarkar did not reveal much about the plot of the film as this is a thriller. After Gameplan, this is the director’s next venture in the genre of thriller.

Subhayu has composed the music of the film. There are three songs in the film. Apart from one song, the other two are situational songs.

Satabdi plays Tanaya, a television anchor in the film. She asks everyone not to try drugs but she herself is into drugs. She meets Rajdeep Sen (Kaushik Sen) who asks her not to do drugs. She likes him and they fall in love. They get married and what happens next is what the audience will have to go the hall to find out.

Satabdi in her debut film said that it was a learning process for her. She also praised the director and Kaushik Sen for helping her in portraying Tanaya.

Ananya Sengupta plays the role of the first wife of Rajdeep Sen in the film. Her character is shown in flashback and the character of Rajdeep often remembers her as they shared a great relationship with each other.

Raj Bhattacharyya who had not seen the trailer of the film mentioned that he was eager to see it. He was playing the best friend of the heroine of the film. The actor had worked with director Anindya Sarkar many years ago and it was a pleasure to work with him again, added the actor.

Kaushik Sen plays a successful businessman in the film whose first wife is dead and he falls in love with a younger girl. It is then that the twist in the tale happens. The actor had worked with director Anindya Sarkar before and it was a pleasure to work with him again, added Kaushik Sen.

The film is eyeing for release on 13^th September.
