The trailer and music launch of the upcoming Bengali film Girgiti took place in the presence of the cast and crew of the film.

The story, script, and direction of the film are by Arrpann Sarrkar.

“Girgiti is an animal that changes colors. But human beings who are like girgitis cannot be detected so easily. By the time we realize their true colors, they have already done their jobs. I play a good character in the film. He craves love in his life as he has a tragic past. He is a helpful person” said Saurav Das.

The actor also added that we all have seen girgitis in our daily lives. Their behavior is enough to destroy our trust in other human beings. However, he has learned that one must stay in close touch with their family members and friends so that they can keep their trust in human beings.

Jammy Banerjee said that the characters in the film Girgiti all will change their colors from time to time. He has been with this film and has seen the struggle of the director. The actor also added that despite all the problems faced by Bengali films, one must not think negatively and instead focus on doing good work.

Payel Roy, Sudip Mukherjee, Vicky Nandi, Swati Mukherjee, Debraj Mukherjee and others will be seen in important roles in the film.

The music has been composed by Nilaksh Roy, Arin Das, and Som Sumon.

The film will be released on 7^th March.
