The trailer of Dawshom Awbotaar was released on the birthday of the director of the film Srijit Mukherji.

The trailer will make the audiences reminiscent of Srijit Mukherji’s earlier films like Baishe Srabon and Vinci Da.

“Dawshom Awbotaar” distinguishes itself from other films by skillfully intertwining the stories of “Baishe Srabon” and “Vinci Da,” ushering in Bengali cinema’s first double prequel. Probir Roy Chowdhury and Poddar, the renowned super cops, are set to make a victorious return this Pujo season, guaranteeing a thrilling ride of suspense, drama, and action for fans of the duo.

Prosenjit Chatterjee contacted the director after Dwitiyo Purush was made and inquired as to why Probir Roychowdhury was absent from the film. Probir Roychowdhury can no longer appear in a Baishe Srabon sequel because he blew off his head before the end of the first movie. If there is a sequel, he can only appear in it. It was then that Srijit first began to think of Dawshom in that way.

This amazing cop-universe film will surely keep the audiences hooked, feels the director.

This film stars Prosenjit Chatterjee, Jaya Ahsan, Jisshu U Sengupta, Anirban Bhattacharya, and others in important roles.
