The iconic Bar-B-Q event from Acropolis Mall is back. The second iteration of this city’s well-known Biryani & Kebab festival will feature sizzling kebabs and steaming hot Biryanis that are sure to impress gourmets.

Actress Trina Saha has formally inaugurated the most popular festival of Acropolis Mall in presence of Mr. K Vijayan, GM, of Acropolis Mall.

The festival is being held in association with BHOJ ADDA one of the popular social media food groups.

Brands like  Poush Parban, Hot Lebanese, Calcutta Delicacies, Sengupta’s, Poush Parbon, The Biryani Street, Buddy Bites, Pyare  Kebab, 36 Banjon, Rupkatha, The Biryani Story will present their wide array of lip-smacking Biryanis and Kebabs in different flavors for the customers. Some of the popular items are Fish Tikka Kebab from The Sengupta’s, Hariyali Chicken Tikka Kebab from Calcutta Delicacies,  Pyare Kebab from the brand Pyare Kebab, The street special Bhai Bhai kebab from The Biryani Street, Mutton Galouti Roll in Saffron Paratha from The Biryani Story, Lebanon sish tui from Hot Lebanese.

For vegetarians, on offer are Reshmi  Cheese Kebab, Hariyali Kebab,  and many more. Gourmets will be also pampered with a wide array of all-time favorite Kolkata-style Biriyani with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian ingredients. The Biryani Street will treat biryani lovers with its special Kebab –e-Ishq- Biryani and special Dum Biryani and Prawn Tikka Biryani and Fish tikka Biryani from The Sengupta’s and Kolkata Mutton and  Chicken Biryani and Hyderabadi Biryani from The Biryani Story are there to tingle the palates. Poush Parbon will treat gourmands with Bamboo Biryani.

The celebration began on December 15 and will run from noon to 10 p.m. until December 18.
