Tune Into Colors Bangla on 4th April To Watch Smule Mirchi Music Awards Bangla
Mirchi hosted Smule Mirchi Music Awards Bangla co-powered by Shikhar Pan Masala. The broadcast partner of the event was Colors Bangla.
The show was hosted by Mir and ably supported by the duo of Mirchi Somak and Mirchi Agni. The grand performance of the musical duo Soumyajit-Sourendra was joined by actor Anirban Bhattacharya. Iman Chakrabarty’s voice was magical along with Bickram Ghosh’s rhythms.
A heartfelt homage to the legendary actor Soumitra Chatterjee was also done at the event. Composer and director Indradip Dasgupta put up a grand show and that was a way of cherishing Soumitra Chatterjee’s unforgettable moments. The highlight of the show was Ash King’s scintillating performance to his most popular chartbusters.
In a departure from the usual format, Smule Mirchi Music Awards Bangla chose to recognize the best of the very best and felicitated winners from amongst winners of previous years in different categories across Film, Adhunik, Bangla band, Technical and Rabindrasangeet. This unique theme has never been done before in the industry. Prasenjit Chatterjee graced the stage to hand over the award.
