In the critically acclaimed OTT film Dunk – Once Bitten Twice Shy, produced by Prerna Arora, actor Tusshar Kapoor is slated to play a key role. The performer will take on the persona of an unbeatable attorney. For Kapoor, who is renowned for his versatile roles in the romantic, tragic, and humorous genres, the project represents a quantum leap. Dunk, which is being produced by UJS Studio and Ess Kay Gee Entertainment, seems to be an exciting cinematic journey that delves into the harsh realities of land exploitation and its devastating effects on rural life. The portrayal of this imposing figure by Kapoor is expected to be his most challenging to date, adding even more intrigue to the film’s compelling plot.

Speaking on Dunk, Prerna said, “Dunk emphasizes the critical need for support networks, enforcement mechanisms, and legal protections to defend farmers’ rights. We must unify as a society to oppose the threat of land grabbing, hold those responsible accountable, and push for laws that will strengthen and safeguard our agricultural sector”.

Her upcoming film ‘Dunk’ is a compelling massy revenge drama that aligns with Arora’s track record of producing films that have social impact. Apart from Tusshar Kapoor, the film stars Nidhhi Agerwal, Shivin Narang, and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, among others in pivotal roles. It is directed by Abhishek Jaiswal. 

Apart from ‘Dunk’, Prerna Arora is also producing the Telugu film ‘Hero Heeroine’, starring Divya Khosla Kumar in the lead.
