Utkal’s Delicious Flavors Now Available At ITC Sonar

From April 18 to April 27, 2025, enjoy the delicious flavours of Utkal, a special food promotion under the “Kitchens of India” initiative, at Eden Pavilion, ITC Sonar. The goal of this project is to celebrate and bring back India’s lost regional cuisines.

Explore the distinctive culinary traditions of Odisha, where each dish is made using regional ingredients and is bursting with flavourful, narrative flavours. Chef Pabitra Ranjan Ojha, a visiting chef from the Welcomhotel Bhubaneswar, is in charge of this culinary adventure and will add his distinct flair to every dish.

The menu consists of dishes like Doi Panna, Pakhala Bhata, Odia Kakharu Phula Pitha, Machha Bhaja, Kanika Bhatt, Chakuli Pitha, Chingudi Nadia Rassa, Macha Besaro, Chilika Crab Curry, Kukuda Kassa, Mansa Jhola, Rasabali, Chena Poda, and Gur Kheeri.

The promotion is a part of the Dinner Buffet (7 to 11:30 PM) at Eden Pavilion, ITC Sonar, from 18th to 27th April 2025 at Rs 1800 plus taxes per guest.
