Eminent versatile vocalist Sohini Roy Chowdhury, from the Kirana Gharana performed at the 5th Annual Chowdhury House Concert. The event was organised by Calcutta Performing Arts Foundation on the 2nd day of the conference, at 11 am in the morning.

She sang Raag Sudh Saraang which included Vilambit in Ektaal, ”Panamangata Parameshara”, followed by a short Dhrut teentaal ”Ab Mori baat Manle Piharva Meinto” which was highly appreciated by the audience.

She was accompanied on the Tabla by Pt. Subhasis Bhattacharya and on the harmonium by Sri Anirban Chakraborty.
