Menu- The food festival features ilish macch bhaja, tandoori ilish, sarson ilish, narkeli ruposhi ilish, khatta mitha rupchand, begun bori tel jhal ilish, lou pata mora ilish, barishali ilish and smoked hilsa.

The main course ilish platter will have steamed rice, salad, and papad.
