Aakash Aath is back with the third installment of their well-liked TV series Sahityer Shera Somoy. The story they will be presenting is Kori Diye Kinlam written by the renowned author Late Shri Bimal Mitra.

The series will be directed by Mr. Sajal Bose.

The story of Laxmi, Sati, and Dipu, three young people, is narrated in “Kori Diye Kinlam”. The central theme of the story is how Dipu, who by the grace of destiny falls in love with Sati but is unable to express his feelings, plays a major role in protecting and supporting the two young sisters during the period of absolute turmoil and insecurity.

“I am playing the role of Laxmi in Kori Diye Kinlam, which was formerly portrayed by the renowned actress Aparna Sen. I found it challenging to faithfully uphold every quality that Laxmi possesses.  I have always viewed myself as a director’s actor. Every performer in Kori Diye Kinlam benefits from Sajal Bose’s exceptional mentorship and unwavering commitment to us” said actress Arkoja Acharyya.

“The audience will see me in the role of Dipankar Sen, also known as Dipu. The fact that people will be watching me in the role that the talented actor Late Tapas Paul once played on the big screen presents both a challenge and an exhilarating experience for me. In addition, this is my first opportunity to play a lead character on television, so I’m committed to putting out my best effort to capture the essence of this specific role, which is innocence, bravery, and sacrifice” said actor Arnab Biswas.

‘Kori Diye Kinlam’ also features Sushrita Ghosh as ‘Sati’, Arnab Biswas as ‘Dipu’, Sameer Biswas as ‘Arghor Dadu’, Kaushik Banerjee as ‘Bhubaneswar Babu’, Dola Chakraborty as ‘Dipu’s Mother’, Debnath Chattopadhyay as ‘Sachin Babu’, Annie Sen as ‘Sachin Babu’s’ wife, Sukanya as ‘Bisti’, Moumita as ‘Chunnuni’ and Aniket as ‘Kiran’.
