Human society has assigned the Water Resources Department the specific responsibility of storing water for the benefit of all people worldwide. The department has built over 6,000 dams to store water across the country, but these dams have turned into Water-Graveyards, burying the water provided by nature. These dams cover about 650,000 km2 or about 21% of the country’s land area. In the process, 12 crore Indians have sacrificed their homes and cultivated land with more than 30% of the nation’s forests and vegetation having been destroyed. The amount of tax revenue spent on these 6,000 Graveyards cannot be determined.

The main purpose of dams is to divert water from rivers and distribute it across large areas of land. Even a ten-year-old kid is aware that water spilled on the ground eventually evaporates on its own. This basic scientific fact was rejected by innumerable highly skilled professionals, scientists, engineers, technicians, and authorities, leading to the creation of 6,000 water graveyards around the country. The department has committed a serious crime by designating groundwater as one of our natural resources to cover up its errors. This is a severe crime against vegetation and the environment that is unacceptable. As a result of the department’s actions, all the rules and regulations created for groundwater management are useless, and 80% of the country’s groundwater is rapidly being depleted.

Universal Lord of Scientist Shyam Sundar Rathi’s survey report shows a 270 km³ annual water requirement. The nation has the potential to store this water within 2-3 years using MSD Tank Technology. However, dam efficiency is shocking, with only 2-3 liters per 1,000 liters used effectively. Mr. Rathi requests immediate communication of their 34-year research for society’s benefit.

By utilizing this survey report, water can be saved for future generations.
