Vivek Mishraa released his first single Soneya on the 28th of December in2016 with Zee Music. After this, he got an opportunity to be a playback singer for the movie Life Ki Aisi Ki Taisi which was released on 7th February in 2017. After the success of this work, he got the opportunity to work as an actor in commercials like Head n shoulder, Maruti Suzuki, and others.

He was approached by VEVO America to make his own channel in their platform which resulted in collaboration with them. Next, he was offered his own channel on the 6th of April 2017 where he released his second single Meri Ankho Me.

Shri Balaji Entertainment signed him up for their 48 tour in the United States and Canada with Atif Aslam and Neha Kakkar in 2018. He next released his third single Dosti on the auspicious occasion of Friendship Day. This also was well received by the audience.

Vivek was signed for a United States tour with Badshah, Kanika Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, Palak Muchhal, and Mika Singh. After this tour, he released his fourth single Barsaat Ki Raat with Zee Music. This earned him great fame in the music fraternity.

He next sang a song in the film Marne Bhi Do Yaaro. The song was Wo hai Shivaay with Sukhwinder Singh and featured Krishna, Kashmira Shah.

His next release was Nakhre na kar in association with Venus music. After that, he released another song Yaari with Fru Music.

Speaking about the new song Raat Jashan Ki, Vivek said that when he wrote the song, he made the tune with his partner Puneet, and also collaborated with Kanchan Ji for singing the song. It is for this song that he met Shrutika Gaokkar. At the time of meeting Shrutika he understood that no one can better present the song other than Shrutika. Her expressions, her body language, her dedication, her dancing, and her acting in the song all made it perfect. Overall it was a fantastic experience to work with such a vibrant and talented team and he would like to collaborate with all these very talented panels of artists.

Vivek also mentioned that it was very special for him to work with Shrutika and that Shrutika’s performance took the song to a next level.

Apart from this, he is now working as an actor on G V Ganeshan movie named Kadir Kutti (Tamil) and an untitled Amazon Prime series. He has also a number of songs in upcoming Bollywood films.
