Zee Bangla’s upcoming serial ‘Sarbojaya’ will sees veteran actor Debasree Roy in the lead role.

Sarbojaya is the story of a housewife who has sacrificed her own talents and aspirations to look after her child and take care of her family. Her only ally in the house is her husband who dotes on her. What will she do when her husband becomes dependent on her to take care of the family as well as the outside world?

Gautam Choudhury will be played by Supriyo Dutta, Madhura Chowdhury will be played by Moumita Gupta, Sanjay Choudhury will be played by Kushal, Sarbajaya Choudhury will be played by Debasree Roy, Kushan Chowdhury will be enacted by Rana Mitra, Manini Chowdhury will be played by Swagata and Sara Choudhuri will be played by Sanghamitra Talukder.

Many audiences have been comparing the serial with that of Star Jalsha’s ongoing serial Sreemoyee. However, the makers pointed out that the two shows are different. In Sreemoyee, the housewife does not get the support of her husband for pursuing her dreams. In this serial, Sarbojaya’s husband supports her.

Blues Production is the production house behind this upcoming Zee Bangla serial.

The show launches on 9th August from 9 pm every Monday to Saturday.
