Women who are influencing the city’s food industry with their enthusiasm, inventiveness, and spirit of entrepreneurship were recognized by Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat. Motivating women who have made important contributions to the culinary industry were gathered at the event.

General Manager at Accor, Amita Mishra greeted the visitors and underlined the significance of honoring women’s accomplishments in the food sector. “With their inventiveness, tenacity, and leadership, women are revolutionizing the culinary scene. We are honored to honor their contributions and give their tales a stage on which to motivate countless others,” she said.

The event saw the presence of Priyanka Malik, an F&B consultant and MasterChef India Top 10 finalist, Sonika Dey, founder of Bunaphile Kolkata, Apeksha Lahiri, founder of Five n Dime and The Yellow Turtle, and Moushumi Routh, Director of Operations & Marketing at Bonne Femme Kolkata. 

Ishani  Priyadarshini, Founder of Restaurant Social, and Zara Chisty Abedin, founder of Zara’s Kitchen, also talked about their culinary adventures and experiences.

The event was the ideal fusion of enjoyment, motivation, and delectable experiences.
