Women’s Day Celebrated At Acropolis Mall With Special Events

Acropolis Mall celebrated International Women’s Day with a lively event that embraced the theme “Women in Our Lives” through several interesting events, creative displays, and moving remembrances.

One of the highlights was an all-female painting class with 15 gifted students from The Indian College of Arts and Draftsmanship, Rabindra Bharati University, and The Government College of Art & Craft, taught by renowned artist Eleena Banik. The participants celebrated womanhood through their art, translating their ideas onto canvas with expressive colors and bold brushstrokes. Both tourists and art enthusiasts praised their creations highly.

Ankita Ghosh, Rozina Khatun, Paramaita Sakar, Mitraja Roy, Srestha Pal, Shreyasi Paul, Souparna Chatterjee, Susmita Sadhukhan, Ananya Halder, Megha Bapari, Poulomi Das, Nisha Mondal, Sukanya Das, and Indrakshi Bhattacharya were among the participants who expressed their happiness at receiving recognition for their efforts.

Acropolis Mall added to the celebrations by introducing a Wall of Inspiration, where guests wrote sincere tributes to the women who have influenced their lives. The festivities also included a soulful performance by singer Isha Rajbanshi, chocolates for female guests, and an interactive competition for women.

The Women’s Day celebrations at Acropolis Mall were a potent homage to the strength, talent, and tenacity of women, with an emphasis on creativity, recognition, and engagement.
