The World Mithai & Namkeen Convention (WMNC) is an annual event organized at different places in India. The main objective is to unite the mithai and namkeen food industries. It will also provide a common platform for dealing with common problems and tackling the industry issues.

A press conference was organized to announce this event. It was graced by Virendra Jain, President of FSNM, Dhiman Das, President of Mishti Udyog, Nilanjan Ghosh, Secretary of Mishti Udyog, Pratik Chandra, Director of Mukhorochak, and other eminent dignitaries.

The event will show 300 exhibitors from national and international levels. It is anticipated to attract over 30000 B2B visitors.

Some of the issues that the conference aims to address include excessive regulatory compliance which can lead to wastage of food products, skilled labor shortage, GST issues, and many more.

WMNC 2023 is therefore a gathering of industry leaders in the mithai and namkeen industries and stakeholders to discuss international trends and innovations.
