Director Soumalya Dutta directed Bengali film Mission OTP’s shooting schedule was completed recently.

The film revolves around cybercrime.

According to the director, the story revolves around the growth of crime in areas of cybercrime and OTP scams. People in the city fall prey to different cyber crimes. Lalbazar Cyber Crime Department’s officer Soumojyoti Basu and his assistant Surya Sen are appointed to solve this case. To help in the investigation, they take the help of cyber expert Abhijit Chatterjee. Abhijit’s father Barun Chatterjee is also a victim of cybercrime.

In the course of the investigation, they come to know that Reshmi Singh is behind the cybercrime.  Will Soumojyoti and Surya be able to catch her?

Anindya Pulok Banerjee will be seen in the role of Soumojyoti while Surya’s role will be played by Jammy Banerjee. The director will be seen as Abhijit Chatterjee in the film. Rajat Ganguly plays the role of Abhijit’s father.

Apart from this, the other cast members of the film are Swadheen Pandey, Asish Pathak, Biswabijoy Dutta Chowdhury, Soumitra Chakraborty, Sumona Das, Sourav Saha, Banasree Roy, and others.

The script and dialogues have been penned down by the director.

The story is by Prasenjit Pal.

The film is made under Big Bull Motion Pictures and the producer is Prasenjit Pal.

The film is scheduled for release in August.
