India Yamaha Motor (IYM) Pvt. Ltd announced the opening of 2 new “Blue Square” locations in West Bengal as part of its commitment to expanding its retail presence in the Indian market and showcasing the premium range of two-wheelers, clothes, and accessories.

One Blue Square showroom was opened in Howrah (1515 sq. ft.), under the name “S.N.C. Yamaha Motors,” and a second Blue Square Premium Outlet was opened in Dankuni under the name “Dankuni Automart” (1943 sq. ft). Both showrooms are built to provide full-service sales, service, and spare parts support.

The “Blue Square” showrooms from Yamaha are designed to promote a sense of neighborhood and are largely focused on establishing a customer-centric brand experience, giving customers a platform to engage with the company’s ethos. Every “Blue Square” location is created to represent the brand’s racing heritage and establish an entry into the Yamaha world. “Blue” highlights the brand’s history in racing. The exhibitory outline is seen on the exterior of the outlet and a BLUE-themed interior of the “Blue Square” outlets both provide a visual connection to the brand’s racing heritage.

The shops also feature a beautiful display of other luxury Yamaha bikes and scooters, in addition to the AEROX 155, which is only sold through Blue Square showrooms. Next, genuine accessories, apparel, and spare parts are displayed. Customers can join the Blue Streaks rider community through the showrooms, where they can interact with other Yamaha riders and experience their Yamaha machines together.

Presently, Yamaha operates 14 Blue Square stores in West Bengal and more than 100 Blue Square showrooms throughout India. These include dealerships in Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, and other North-Eastern States. They also include showrooms in Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry, Karnataka, Jharkhand, Bihar, Orissa, Assam, and other North-Eastern States.
